The artist Evgeny Berezikov guarantees the quality of the produced copies of paintings or prints and their compliance with all analogous parameters of the original painting.

We guarantee a refund for an author's copy or author's print if it does not match the ordered item. The client has the right to return the copy or print and receive a refund, or exchange it for a copy or print of proper quality that matches the parameters of the previously placed order.

When ordering a copy of a painting or a print on the website, please take into account that the colours of the original painting, from which the copy or print will be made, may differ from those displayed on your monitor or smartphone screen. This is due to the settings of the image output and the colour calibration of the monitors on your digital devices. Please note that colour mismatch is not a defect and, accordingly, is not a ground for return.

• When producing author's copies, the artist uses various paints and combinations of paints and solvents to achieve maximum correspondence of the produced copy to the original.
• When producing author's prints, colour correction is used in the preparation of the file for printing to achieve maximum correspondence of the produced print to the original.
• When producing prints on clothing or items, colour correction is used in the preparation of the file for printing to achieve maximum correspondence of the resulting image to the original.

The right to return or exchange a copy of a painting or a print does not apply to copies or prints of proper quality.
Returns are made only in the case of defects on the grounds established by Russian law, including after an independent expert examination.

In the letter addressed to Berezikov E.E., please indicate the reason and basis for refusing the purchase of the copy or print and confirm the presence of the defect with relevant photographs.

If the copy or print shows clear signs of defects or non-compliance with the order, the refund will be made within 30 calendar days after confirming the validity of the claim.
The claim must be made in writing as a statement containing a description of the problem, indicating specific signs of defects or non-compliance with the previously made order. Photographs of the identified defects must be attached to the statement.
In disputable cases, independent experts may be involved, whose opinion will play a decisive role in the decision to refund or reject the claim as unfounded.

The refund will be made in a manner agreed upon by the parties, with the execution of relevant documents and acts.

Please note that in accordance with current legislation, the cost of courier, postal services, delivery costs, as well as taxes, customs duties, or other similar payments, if they occur during the actual return of the goods, are not subject to compensation.

Attention: According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," the returned goods must retain their marketable appearance, properties, and labels. Items of clothing falling under the category of "underwear" cannot be exchanged or returned.

If damage to a copy of a painting or a print is discovered during transport, a claim should be immediately filed with the carrier. Please accept and carefully inspect copies of paintings or prints upon receipt at the pickup point or from the courier.
